Help with "vsay"

Ok im not sure what happened.....but all my binds reset on their own (I know it does this sometimes), but my autoconfig doesn't even seem to be working. Thats fine, i can rebind everything, but it appears I've lost the voice commands menu thing.....and i have no idea to get it back. Thats the little green menu set "v" by default.

Anyone know how to get it back? Rebind it to a key maybe?

Someone suggested to try "/bind x vsay" but it didn't work.

Anyone? Anyone?

Any help is greatly appreciated

well its officially called "Quick Chat"... You can change it in Options / Chat heres all the ones i know.. if u don't feel like lookin hope it helps.

Ok so consulting the bible you could try doing ui_restart and that should reset all your 'user interface' values back to default and I would hope make the list reappear. Never tried it though so Don't hurt me if it goes wrong

Other than that try a cvar_restart (not on the server because it changes your name to wolfplayer and you will get kicked) then run you autoexec again and that may fix it.

Can't say I have ever heard that problem before

The cvar_restart, then autoexec actually worked. The "quickchat" was restored back to "v" when I looked, and it hasn't disappeared yet....

I dunno what happened, weird.
