Steam sux, but the games are fun. My biggest problem with valve is the fact that counter-strike source crashes randomly and they refuse to do anything about it. In their support forums there's a 3 or 4 page thread with a countless number of people who have completely different hardware specs and configurations but all have the same problem. All valve has done is written a shitty faq that blames the problem on all of our sound cards, and their solutions have worked for noone.
