Sorry if I seem like an a-hole, but I'm going to laugh my ass off when this real estate bubble bursts. Something is seriously out of whack in the whole suppy/demand situation, and sooner or later it will right itself.

On a related note, I could kick my own ass right about now. I've been renting apartments for the last 4 years, not realizing I could have sunk my money into a condominium. I'm not really looking to buy a house these days, and I'm single, so I rented. I had no idea that Condos were just little apartments for sale. Growing up in my hometown, all the Condos were townhouses/duplex that cost as much if not more than a regular house. I always figured that's just what Condos were: townhouse style duplexs for 150K and up. Now I find out that there are tons of these little one bedroom condos in my area for 70K, 80K. I had no idea. I've probably sunk 40K into apartments over the last 4 years, nothing to show for it. Oh well, live and learn.

"We call them mobile villas," Levine said.

Hrm... I can land a loan for $140k right now... I think its time to move to a mobile villa and start remodeling my place!

I'm sure you'll see alot of this stuff coming up about stuff that costs a million. Just remember that inflation has averaged around 3% per year since the end of the great depression. It adds up eventually, even trailers.
