I have been waiting for this movie. It is based on Gulf War vet Anthony Swofford's book which is based on what he experienced there. It is an AMAZING book. It is being directed by Sam Mendes, director of American Beauty and Road to Perdition.

I didn't read the book, but with Jake Gyllenhaal, Jamie Foxx, Chris Cooper (all really good actors) and a good director too, it should be good.
Anyone see 'October Sky' with Gyllenhaal and Cooper? good movie.

That trailer says less about the movie than JimmyTango did above. Doesn't look very compelling.
