I've been looking for new recipes to cook for dates. Post any good recipes, something that you love to cook for when your old lady is out of town or you want to eat a good meal. Here is one i got off http://www.howardstern.com which i cooked the other night. VERY GOOOOD!!!!!

Turkey Meatballs:

1 lb of ground turkey breast
2TBSP Light Soy Sauce
Pepper
1 onion
Rao's Marinara Sauce (1 big jar)

------------------------------------------

Combine ground turkey, soy sauce, and a little bit of pepper in a bowl.

Cut up the onion into large slices and put a little bit of olive oil in
a sauce pan.

Heat for a minute or so. Add the whole jar of Rao's Marinara sauce and
cover.

In the meantime, take your turkey mixture and roll into balls and place
aside. (you should get around 10 meatballs)

When the sauce starts to boil, lower heat and drop the balls into the
sauce, cover, and continue to cook for about 8 minutes or until done.

Take the pot off the stove and let it sit while covered for about 5
more minutes. (they are still cooking!) Serve with a baked potato and
string beans

Eww. Why do people have to substitute turkey in everything? If I want meat I want some real meat.

The only thing I know how to cook is bernaise sauce.
