Help!

Sorry, I do not know what forum to put this in so I put it here where I figured people would see it. Admins, feel free to move it if needed.

My friend wants to get Enemy Territory to play online with me. He was going to download the game off of the website but he has a 56k modem. So when he tries to download "Enemy Territory Full Install for Windows" off of http://www.enemy-territory.com, it will take him a super long time. The file is ET.exe and it is 256mb. Is there anyway that I can send him the ET.exe file, put it on a cd, or something, so that he can avoid the download time?

You could burn a data file the same as you could say a movie or an mp3 file. The bigger hurdle is the 56k connection. On-line play wont be fun at that speed

Don't forget there are 2 patches even after you download that.

So if he goes somewhere that has a faster connection, he can download it there and burn all of the files and folders to a CD, bring it home and copy/paste it onto his computer?

Those aren't as big though, he can download those with his connection.

Any other ideas?
