Because you don't get a ton of $$$ for it by just taking it back. People will sue over anything now days!

I don't get it, but maybe it's just me. Why buy an X-Box360 or any console for that matter for anything but sports games? I have four computers here and would rather game on them than on a console anyday. Besides, too many times in the past those damn things have almost led to fist fights between my buddies and I due to "sore losing". What a competitive bunch eh? Long live the PC!!

Take bets that guy has support from one of the other companies? If you want cash taking on microsofts lawyers is a much less safebet than just selling it on ebay for $1000...
