Come stay in our ice hotel!

Sun Jan 08, 2006 4:00 am

Here's about an ice hotel in my town (Quebec City). A splendid luxury hotel, made entirely of ice and snow! Even the glasses at the bar are carved from a chunk of ice.

Hmmn my lips appear to be stuck to the glass. I think they could have thought this out a little better :D

Don't try the ice urinal then. :D

Yay I am the greatest! I melted the urinal and pissed all over my shoes. I think they could have thought this out a little better :D

Must have to drink your hot chocolate really fast.

Nah you need the hot chocolate to unstick you lips from the rim. Drinking it would be a waste as you'll need it later to unsick your ass from the chair...

Ice hotels are nothing new, they've been around for quite a while. They've even been in films, "James Bond: Die another day" Half the film is set in a Ice hotel, then there is a cool car chase through it while it's getting melted by a super concerntrated laser like sun ray from a satelite.

Meh that ice hotel set was the worst part of that film, well either that or the flaming plane that still flies. It's tough to decide which one was shitter.

Looks weird, ya what are the rates?

the prices left me feeling a bit cold ;)

The package came with quite a bit including a 4 course dinner and full breakfast. Not to mention access to the hot tubs and sauna and drinks. I can't say I have the $600 to spend on it but if I did I think it would be a fun evening.
