dunno if any of u saw it but tonite on espn they showed the 1st of 8 ewpisodes of the paintball nppl 7 tournament and i was very impressed they did a great job coverign and the sport of paintball is blowing up. any of u guys watch / liek paintball paintball enthusiasts have been waiting for this for a logn time and its a big step foreward

I used to play alot, spent 1500 system/clothes/protection.
But then the game just seemed to give me a bad taste & foul smell. Other players in my area were asses, the guys who i frequented & teamed with got married or were committed to other activites. Also the cost of buying your paint vs. the other guy getting all his free (sponsor) kinda blew. I mean if you have one guy who just stands in the back and can lay down a constant fire.... seems more like spamming then shooting.
But i'm sorry for hi-jacking your thread, i do think the game is fun (with friends) in the woods or around buildings not on speed ball (air balloons) courses.

I saw it, it was cool. I played paintball once, and it was good, but I never got into it seriously.

I like paintball. Its fun. Me and my friends are trying to get into it more, but the damn cost of it is crazy. Paint and air alone is expensive. Its much better if you play with people/friends you know, overwise you get stuck with a buch of asses who shoot constanly and still shoot you while they've hit you twenty billion times. Sorry end of rant.

The initial cost is a lot more expensive..

I've spent over $1500 in gear alone.

I use X-Ball Bronze paintballs. $55/case where I play. Air is free all day with admission and I use compressed air, none of that CO2 shit.

dude vain paintballs own there wasa a deal on them, for 20$ a case on sale and i bought 6 of em they breat great and splatter bright

Do they still show boxing on ESPN? I dont have espn where I live, I see it on the sports channel I have, but it says ESPN2. It would be EXTREMELY pathetic if they had paintball on EPSN and not boxing, imo.
