It's a hunch...but I do believe it's a joke.
Many of the clips were taken from Catch Me if You Can, and evena clip from ShawShank Redemption when the guy crawls through the hole to escape.
But, I'm sure you already knew that.

'The Hulk' clips are in there, and for a real obscure one: the audio of James Woods saying "I think we should militarize this project right now" was from 'Contact'. BTW, Warning: do not watch 'Contact'! You will never get those two hours back, they are stripped from your life forever!!
