Thanks to these Jackasses the next time this happens the people that really need assistance will be delayed in getting it or not get it at all. With the new measures they put in place. And the crooks will still get it. Hell they sell food stamps to get cash. I don't see anyway to stop the crooks and in the long run it will just slow down the process for everybody...
