OMG, that is kinda funny but bad. I mean she is 5 how the hell do you let your kid eat enough crap to get that big, it is the parents fault!

If the kid doesn't have that disease that causes you to gain weight super easy, then thats unaccepablt. We can all blame the parents and say shame on the parents, but its still a free country and we can't force them to raise their kids how we see fit. Having said that being that big that early just makes me feel kinda sad for her cuz the health problems, if not already there, will be there very shortly and might have problems for the rest of her life.

Somethings seriously amiss with the parents. Even if you gave a kid whatever he/she wanted, they wouldn't naturally gain that much weight. Looks like a case of some deranged parents that pushed their kid to eat huge amounts until she looked like that.
