That's what you get when you wear red wrestling shoes to match your red car.

Yet another retard who thinks larger wheels and tires makes your car "better".

Keep forking over all your money, Gangsta-Punk.

And by the way, your mom called. She wants her car back.

BAHAHA!!!

I've been semi-professionally racing cars (rally racing) for over 10 years now, so I especially got a kick out of this one!! Thanks!!

16 y/o in my community killed a week after getting his licence trying to drift around a curve :(

You guys want to learn to drift? Get a sprint, car you get to drive around the track looking out the passenger side window.

Trying to drift on a public raod is a very dumb thing to do. I knew as soon as I saw the trailer for that fast and the furious tokyo drift film that there were gonna be more idiots than ever trying to do this...

I hope you people read the comments. I always do on break, it's where you get the real answers.

First off, THIS IS NOT DRIFTING. This is autocrossing, an event where a course is set up in a parking lot and drivers are timed through the course. Autocrossing is for talented drivers; drifting, well, that's the figure skating of the automotive world. Second, what happened here was the tire shop put the wrong lug nuts on the car. They were tight enough to hold the wheels on the car, but with the added stress of the high-speed maneuvers of the autocross event they broke off, and subsequently the wheel.

Yeah, I knew it was an autocross event, but, whatever.

I autocrossed with West Michigan Region of the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) for a few years. It's fun, but not nearly as exhilarating as rally racing.

Although you are likely to find "talented drivers" at autocross events, they are certainly not limited to such. In fact, just about anyone with just a car and a driver's license can enter for $20 or so. You usually don't even need your own helmet - most event organizers will loan you one.

You guys remember those pictures of the Camero I posted? I've autocrossed with that...here I am before an event getting ready:

This BS about the wrong lug nuts being put on by "the shop" is someone's lame ass excuse for complete stupidity. What really happened is that this expert "shop" put the stock lug nuts on the stock lugs on wheels that were way too big for mommy's Miata. Some gansta-punk wanna-be plunked down his daddy's hard earned dough on some shiz-nitz 21" rims and the braindead whiz-kid at the shop just took the easy road out.
