xbox360 problems

when i hook my 360 up with the hd plugs i get sound no picture. then when i hook it up with the regular tv rca plugs everything is fine. do you think its my 360 cord or my tv ?

Blue goes in blue, green goes in green, and red goes in red.

no shit i never touched the plugs. was fine tues then when i went to play wend had sound but no picture.

try removing the HDD(if you have one), then plug it into the HDTV see if it works. Are there any settings of what the output should be from the 360?
Is the games resolution supported by the HDTV that you are plugging into? (perhaps teh game only supports 720p and your TV only does 480p/1080i ??
