It has only been out a couple of months. The list will start being applied in October (it's accepting registrations - just not active yet).

o man, thank the lord!!!! lol. I hate telemarketers, not just because I don't want to buy their stuff or whatnot, its becuase they have some kind of book "The perfectly WRONG time to call someone" they always call when I'm eating or in the shower and its usually when I am waiting for an important call, so I actually bother to answer. One lady wanted me to take a 15 minute survey, I was dripping standing there in the bathroom. I just hung up. The jerks

Yes, this is new.

Not to burst anyones bubble, but it's already been reported that several telemarketing firms have already found legal and technical ways around this. Couple more years and I wouldn't be surprised if telemarketing calls were back up to the level they always were.
