School's out today, I'm still recovering from a bout with the flu, and the Redskins lost in OT.

Yeah OT blows balls in my opinion. Was a good game tho.

They need to give at least one possesion to other team, to make it even. As it is now its pretty much the luck of the coin toss.

Well at least u can look forward to the Patriots owning the Reds next week.:P

make it even? it is even. The teams that cry it isn't even, is their own fault for letting it get to overtime in the first place.

Yeah thats just crap. Lets just take NY v Wash for example. The Reds made a hell of a comeback. And heres the key word TIED it. Both scores being even each team should receive an equal/even chance of winning in OT. It wouldnt be so bad if field goals werent allowed.

But dont you agree it would make more sense to give the other team one possesion to try and answer back. If the def can stop em then its over and no excuses. As it stands now the losser of the toss has 2x as much work cut out for them.

Nothing against the giants just disagree with OT in general. Like intentional walking in baseball. Or De La Hoya vs Mosley II, what was that anyway :rotflmao:

I heard a while back the NFL is going to try to adapt the college style football overtime, where each team gets a posession i think on the 40 or so yard line, and try to score, but if one team scores and the other team counters and doesn't the first team win. But if both teams score, it starts all over again.
