you can tell the trailer is a very early build, but that's to be expected because the movie isn't due out until the end of 2006
***edit*** *-ah it's a fake. New Line doesnt have the rights yet, and Peter jackson is making King Kong before the Hobbit. I don't even think they have decided if they're going to make it yet, or so I just read...
