Living here in Texas, there's a strong Hispanic influence and I eat Mexican food at least once every other week (at a credible restaurant, not a street vendor).
I sometimes eat tamales as an appetizer with hot chili sauce.

Next time you eat a tamale, check the chicken in it, it may be human meat.
