I am not reffering to the metal. I am referring to a different kind of steel.

Check out the story right below the bayonet story.
Seems the editor of the mirror lost his job over running fake pictures about Iraqi abuse. Damn! Two good stories in a row.
"Cash snub to Mirror
THE Red Cross said last night it might not accept £50,000 from the Daily Mirror over the faked photos scandal as it may not be “appropriate”.
On Saturday the paper apologised for the Iraq abuse hoax and pledged to give the cash it made from the bogus torture snaps to charity.
The fiasco cost the Mirror editor his job. "

I have to point out first that if American soldiers had a bayonet charge, the world would be screaming in outrage of the 'cruelty' of it.
Having said that, I have to admit that it was pretty frigging badass of them. Were they low on ammo? Either way, I think being on a receiving end of bayonet charge must have a tremendous psychological effect to it.
This the second time that British soldiers have impressed the hell out of me in this conflict. I'll never forget when they walked into Basra, right to the center, without tanks, body armor, or even wearing a helmet. They put their berets on and just walked around the city to show that they had taken it and were now in 'peacetime' mode. This was just as Baghdad was falling, but the nothing was official just yet.

i think there should be more bayonet fighting. Just like the knife, the bayonet is a dangerous weapon that i have mastered in bf42, and now wish to master in real life.
