Stats for IRC

Some of you #ecgn IRC regulars may have noticed my little MisfitBOT lurking around lately. I've now equipped him to give stats on the happenings of the #ecgn channel. All you have to do is give the !mircstats command (limited to once every 10 minutes), and it'll spit out a summary of all the stuff you ever wanted to know about what happened in #ecgn. Be sure to give it a try! :D
