Memory Issues
Alright, I just bought a new stick of 512 DDR PC2700 RAM to add on to the 512 DDR PC2100 RAM I already had. So, I installed both in the motherboard, But it only seems to be recognizing one of the sticks. Is that because the PC speeds are different? Anyways, I ran Sandra on the board and got this info:
Manufacturer: MicroStar International
Serial Code: MS-6373
Under System Memory Controller it says I have 3 memory slots (which I do have), but then it says Maximum Installable Memory: 512 MB. Does that mean per slot, or for all 3? Then it's only reading the stick in the first slot and is saying the 2nd two are empty. Ah well, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

"Support up to three DDR DIMMs"
"Maximum memory size up to 1.5GB"
Please tell me you have another vid card and arent using integrated.
"Support 200/266MHz FSB"
PC2700 = DDR 333... while it should work at a slower speed it may be causing problems... put the stick of pc2700 in by its self and see if it still works.

sometimes it helps if you try different combinations of where you seat them. In my old PC, I had a stick of 128 and a stick of 512, and it would only recognize one at a time. i had to put the 128 in slot '0', and the 512 in slot '1' for both of them to be identified at the same time.
