Penticton, B.C. -- A man who ran down the street yesterday -- wearing only a tuque and with blood gushing from where his penis and testicles had been severed -- mutilated himself, said RCMP in this Okanagan city.

Police received a report at about 2 p.m. of a man running down the street, screaming "Repent, repent, fornicators."

Paramedics covered the struggling, bleeding man with a sheet.

The man's severed parts were later found in his home. CP

There's actually a mental condition that results from frontal lobe damage to the brain the can cause people to feel that it is wrong to have appendages and they try to remove their limbs.
