Please tell me we aren't dumb enough to allow this to happen!!
The question is how would we stop other countries from doing it?
The whole idea is totally offensive to me.

Don't worry...the world will end soon enough, and no one will care
and i say that because the intelligent level of society as a whole as dropped significantly, and I think it is still decreasing at an alarming rate!
