Hey Kurith, how is forgotten battles?
I tried playing Il-2 and hated it. I have no problem flying in MS Flight Simulator 2004, but for some reason I found Il-2 to be just horrible. I played for maybe two hours and then removed it. Something about the way trim worked just drove me nuts, either I was rising uncontrollable or falling like a rock. Also, I could never 'catch up' to any other planes, they were always just little dots off in the distance? Is that the way the game is or did I just have a abnormally bad experience.

IL-2 was/is IMO the best flight sim available, for AC of that particular time period, needs huge amounts of practice, probly why it never really got popular, as a MP game "cause its just to dam complicated

Well I think Forgotten Battles is a big step up from IL-2 Sturmovik, and they have some good patches for it, (ugh the out of the box sound bug) I'd give it a try! It's intense!

Couldnt think of a better way to do this, but for those interested these are the planes you get to fly with IL-2 Forgotten Battles. Some of the planes however are AI only planes, the B-17, the Bf-110, and the Ju-52 are the only ones I can think of that only AI can fly.
