Living here in Texas, there's a strong Hispanic influence and I eat Mexican food at least once every other week (at a credible restaurant, not a street vendor).
I sometimes eat tamales as an appetizer with hot chili sauce. :)

i think i eat mexican food at least 3 or 4 times a week.
