Kerry-class Carrier

Postby hightimber » Mon Jun 07, 2004 1:41 pm

Subject: NEW AIRCRAFT CARRIERS

The aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan, was launched earlier this year with much fanfare as the largest and most powerful ship of its class in existence. In light of this, Senator John Kerry has promised that if he is elected president, he will be cutting defense dollars where he can because he believes in a lighter, more maneuverable force; such as the "swift boats" he commanded during the FOUR WHOLE MONTHS he was in Viet Nam.
The Navy is already preparing for this possibility by designing and naming a new class of Aircraft Carriers after him. Below, you will find a photo of the new "Kerry Class" Aircraft Carrier. This will assure the US Navy of being an elite and cost effective naval force.

;) ;) ;) :badger:

WW2 UK made battlecruisers which were faster but had very thin armor. ANd they were sunk incredibly easy. I say stick with heavy slow and well armored.

(not that if a battleship got close to any carrier it wouldn't sink it easy)

People will use the new carrier to cap flags; therefore it will be sunk.
