WOW.

1. Gets ambushed in Iraq by mortars, MG fire, RPG, the works.
2. Tells driver to ram MG
3. Jumps out with an M16 and a Beretta.
4. Runs down a trench full of mortars, MG, and Iraqi troops.
5. Fires all of M16
6. Fires all of Beretta
7. Picks up an AK-47, fires it all.
8. Picks up another AK, fires it all.
9. Picks up an RPG and takes out more people.
10. Clears 200 yards, killing 20 Iraqis and wounding more.

What a badass. Of course, this wasn't on the news, but it's trrue, and friggin' AWESOME. This guy's my hero. He saved his platoon, too.

Yeap read that awhile back, awesome work. But i find it hard to believe that the other marines in the jeep just sat there. The article states a marine was following him so what did he get?

Just wondering cause when I serverd in the gulf war, I returned to my ship from a kuwait patrol boat one day. Heard that a senior chief got a nice medal pinned on him today. Come to find out that it was something my buddy & I did and he took credit for it. Needless to say it took the 5 other guys in my division to hold me back from going to his office to kick the shit out of him.

Thats right ISSC Bartley I still remember, you piece of crap.

Did you hear about the British troops that were pinned down on a high way? They came under attack and were unable to shoot at the Iraqis, so they fixed bayonets and charged... I think 25 brits killed like a hundred Iraqis with thier knives...
Now thats bravery!

Google it, its real i swear!

Thanks, for your service bud.

I was in WW Storm too on a communications mission with the Air Force but it was at the end and I was only there 3 weeks with no action. I was at King Faud Airport in the tent city.

You can put those in there too. Instead of using the reply box at the bottom of the threads, look to the bottom right where it says 'new thread/hew reply'. Hit new reply and it will take you to a reply page with a dozen or so smileys that are pretty good. :D
