I'd go with a Dell. Only ones really worth it as they have no ghosting.

I agree, either get a Samsung or a Dell ( OEM SamSung )

I currentlyy have a 17´ 767-12 BenQ moniitor with a 12 ms response time and games run very well with no ghosts effeect.

I personally dont trust LCD's at all. They say 'No ghosting' but echo is variant everywhere. With minimal refresh rates and straight ahead visual restraint. Screw that. I'll stick with my CRT's. Better bandwidth, better refresh, better for all around gaming.

I got the 21" version, the 213T, about a month ago, and I'm trying to return it. Response time is 24ms, and it does ghost a little, but the worst part is the native resolution. On mine, it's 1600x1200. Running it at anything less creates bluriness. If I keep it at 1600x1200, I have to set vidoe and sound detail to low or get lag (still deal with a little, though). I have a P2.4 and a 9800pro with 512mb Rambus. I have no idea what I'd need to upgrade to be able to run everything at high again.

Problem I have now is I've had it for 4 weeks and Circuit City says I had to return it within 2. I didn't get a chance to playtest it much after I bought it (went camping for 1 week), so I'm trying to talk to the manager to return it. Hasn't called me back for 2 days now. Anyways, just thought everyone should know that with large LCDs, check the native resolution, cause that's what you'll need to run it at to have a clear picture. I didn't know that and may be stuck with a monitor I won't use for gaming. Funny thing is, the guy that helped me pick the LCD told me it wouldn't ghost at all and would be excellent for gaming. I don't see how most gamers could run a monitor at that high of resolutions, and now feel misled. Of course, I should have consulted experts in here before purchasing

Well thank you, now I know that it isn't anything too special That's probably why I've never owned an LCD monitor in my life though - I'm too concerned about the ghosting.
