Well the bunghole is the part of the keg that you put the tap on, so it kinda makes sense, but funny name nonetheless.

Yup.
I saw this a while ago on a site that was simply an html file with lots of crazy pictures like this. For example, one was a picture of two cops arresting a guy in a pig suit and the caption was "a little ironic, no?".
Anyone know the page I'm talking about?
