What? Americans invented English? Er, last I remembered, the USA and Canada were founded by English people from England!

Go further back in time and you'll learn that English was derived from an ancient form of Germanic, forward a few thousand years and you'll find Latin made its way into the language as well, finally you have French and Greek in the modern English language as well.

Wow, I did learn something after all from high school! haha
