Yeah your right Jeffro,
It seemed that the Astros sapped the Cardinals of all their energy, mojo, whatever. Leaving them with nothing left for the World Series. They just weren't the same team in the playoffs that won 105 games in the regular season.

Congrats to Boston, they dominated every aspect of the World Series. More impressive was coming back on the Yanks.

Keep the faith Plyer!

If we get Clemens and Beltran back along with a healthy Pettite.

We'll go all the way.

Hey Jeffro, your team may have lost the World Series, but at least (unlike the Yankees) they had class. The Boston reporters down in St.Louis all commented on the general goodwill of the Card's fans after the game as well.

Well you know us country folk and our southern hospitality. :P

That would be great, maybe Bob Stanly too..........OK now I'm losing it.

I became a Sox fan in '78 the exact afternoon Bucky F-in Dent hit only his 3rd homer of the season, to see them win a world series, to watch it with my six year old, is one of the greatest days of my life. Right behind the birth of my children, my wedding and my first encounter with muff.

To destroy the hearts of Yankee fans, after taking years of abuse (From Jersey) to go along with this championship, is a story for the ages, that will be hard to eclipse any time soon. (unless we repeat:D )

Nobody knows the PAAAAAAIIIINNNN Buu and I have endured over the years!!

Now that the Sox have won, and in CONVINCING fashion, it's more of a relief than anything....that is until it really sinks in.
