Catalyst 4.11 drivers out

I have had little problems here and there with the drivers. I have ATI Radeon 9600 XT 128 mb. I downloaded the drivers and installed.
Everything is ok mostly but this morning when I started BF42 my moniter went black and my moniter had a message, it said "cannot view this video" or something like that. I was stuck there (my computer wasnt frozen) but I could not get out so I held down the power button to shut down. I tried it again and BF42 worked fine, just as it did last night when i first installed.
Also, on PlanetEther, I was having major connections problems in the game like every couple minutes but then it would be fine for a while, etc. That has never happend to me on that server. Not sure if that is related or what.

I had problems installing the new 4.12 betas so just went back to the 4.11.

Something with the control panel?
