Are 'Headless Macs' coming?

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

No, Intel didn't design a better core, so they are having overheating problem because they simply push them faster than what they were meant to go. Amd processors run cool now, and are on average more stable than intel processorsand on average have better performance vs money ratio than intel.

And if PC stinks so much, why does Apple feel the need to integrate PC parts into their lines? ;) (Because you can't make money doing what Apple does. In the long run you always loose out)

Also, isn't the G4 more than 2 generations old now?

Isnt the P4 old now? Sure there have been revisions, but the basic architecture has been pretty much the same for a while...

Apples are not radically different machines, they still maintain the same basic design as a PC.

To me, apple isnt about hardware, its about the software and quality thereof.

I don't see how Apple is any higher quality than windows. I mean sure, windows would be very stable if they didn't allow people ot write programs or drivers for it, or make hardware for it unless it was made by MS. Then you would have reduced the number of things that can go wrong, not necissarily have better quality software.

There's your most glaring mistake, Lord; "Apple" isn't just software, it's hardware too...which encompases fit and finish, quality control, affect on development and style.

"Apple" is a company that sells and develops both...they just don't develop software for every piece of junk available.

And the hardware is sooo much sexier. How many times do you see pcs on film/tv nowadays? There are way more macs placed as scenery than pcs because they look fine :)
