i went a little overboard i admit it. as being depressed ur right. one of my friends who is a police officer killed himself in the station.. so yeah maybe i'm a little fucked up at the moment and take little stuff to seriously and the world is against me at the moment. for that i appoligize.

Seriously, seek some help if this is the way you are feeling currently. That is what those doctors are for, and there is nothing embarrassing about it. Everyone has had a time in their life when a lot of shit piles on their shoulders at one time, and it can be rough.

i am its mandatory, then i have an evaulation in 2 weeks. they took me off the job, because he was also my colleague. same with any shooting
