Completely Hiding the Taskbar/Strat Menu Toolbar

Is there any way i can completely hide the bottom blue toolbar with the start menu from my computer, i have it on auto hide, but i want it gone..any help? Don't say buy a mac or linux either.

I edited the registry and it didnt do anything..any other help would be sweet.

There is a freeware product there that can remove the taskbar. It does provide a another bar that does a lot of Macish things but you can remove its icons (if you wish too) and make the bar invisible so that there is nothing showing.

May I ask is this for some kiosk reason or maybe security? I ask because maybe there are other choices.
