Ray Holmes passed away today.
He was the WWII fighter pilot who saw a German bomber lining up for a run against Buckingham Palace, was out of ammo, and rammed the bomber to keep it from destroying the palace.
That guy was hardcore!!!

Wow never knew the greman pilot survived. Hat off the the fighter pilot.
