My two cents:
Just tell you like her once, and that's it. Don't smother her or try to be her new best friend.
Go back to dating other girls. If she breaks up with him, she either will or won't give you a chance, but in meantime don't wait around for her. Waiting around for her would just cause her to see you in a less flattering light. Girls love puppydogs, but they date *men*.
If the time comes, she'll remember that you like her. And if the time never comes, you just might meet the future Mrs.TiNM@N while dating other girls.

Part that bothers me is that she reminds you of a girl you knew and lost touch with. You may be fascinated with this girl only because she reminds you of the other. That's not always the healthiest thing. I'd suggest moving on. The old adage of "there's plenty of fish in the sea" is so incredibly true.

Ender.. very true..... but she just has facial features, that remind me of my past love. I don't think that's to out of the ordinary? Something about her face/nose/lips is attractive to me... i mean dont some guys LOVE big chests or asses? i equate it all to the same natural selection of WERE JUST ANIMALS.....
And CAvalierwt i told er last night, just before her boyfriend came around the building that she "is absoulutley beautiful"..... now i just wonder if i should "hang out at the bar that her "crew" frequents...... Thou if i don't (hang out there) i dont think i will ever run into her again.

Don't avoid her, but don't hang all over her either (if that makes any sense). In other words, you just put your crush for on her on ice. Treat her like a casual friend, nothing more, nothing less. Don't worry, she won't forget that you like her.
Just don't fall into either the 'stalker' mode, or the 'best friend' mode. Like I say, put those feelings on ice and date other girls. If she decides she likes you, she'll let you know. If she isn't interested in you, she'll never make any sort of move. If that happens, at least you didn't waste your waiting for a ship that never comes in. Besides, if she sees you in a happy healthy relationship with another girl, it says good things about you. Moping around a bar for months on end, no girlfriend in sight might just send the wrong signal, give her the impression that there's something wrong with you.
So, go the bar occasionally, be friendly, but don't overly lavish attention on her. If you do bring a date to the bar, don't try to use the date to make her jealous. Girls can see through damn near any game you might play, and it also doesn't look good if appears you were using another girl for such a trick. Bring a girl, be a good date, make a good impression for yourself. In the end, it's all up to her. In the game of love, women are capable of playing mental chess, the best we can do is a game of mental checkers.
