That Lost show really pisses (makes me angry for our British friends - not makes me drunk, speaking of which.. I am in the mood for a beer or 3. But I digress.) me off. It's gone in so many circles and nothing makes sense. It's all about drama drama drama.. oh.. and drama. Boo frickin hoo. Everyone's hurt. Everyone's upset and won't talk about this or that but the other people just want to know. Most of the things they won't talk about are stupid pointless things without the drama.
There are the mistakes in the show or maybe not mistakes? The brand new 100 year old pirate? ship. Nothing was rusted. Dusty but not rusted. The brand new appliances in the shelter. Where the hell did that guy run off too that was stuck in there minding it and why has it not occured to anyone to go looking for him because he might know a way off the island? How about these 'Others?' They're mindless brainless but can plot and hold conversations for weeks. Eh?
Did anyone else catch the horse handler's hand in the frame for about 20 seconds or am I the only one?
Sawyer gets his ass kicked all the time. LOL. I have no objections to that.. he seems to be a hardcore redneck. Michael is a whiney bitch. In a real world situation I doubt the Anna Lucia character would have been in charge. She's too pushy and bossy by far... I disagree about her not being good looking though. The only time I thought she was ugly was when she was crying.
I have in the past thought about where stuff was leading but I must admit that so far very few of the things I thought were significant actually were. They are only interested in prolonguing the series imo and have stretched the story with unnecessary drama. Damn island is full of #@$#@$ drama queens. Every one.

Clint Eastwood (Munny): Hell of a thing, killin' a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.
Jaimz Woolvett (The Schofield Kid): Yeah, well, I guess he had it comin'.
Clint Eastwood (Munny): We all got it comin', kid.

very true about the dragging on portion... I'm not proud of it but, i watched Alias for the 2nd season (just cause she was wearing all those crazey hot outfits) and the mystery about the RAMBALDY? objects kinda seemed interesting anyways i watched part of season 3 and i realized there are so many killings of main characters / bring back to life major chararcters that the show got really unsatisfying. Then they went on with seasons 4 & 5.. always having promotions say "THIS IS THE ONE EPISODE YOU CANT MISS!!!!" it got old im happy to see it got the axe.
I think they have something posiotive with 12+ characters, yea jack is the main guy but it seems like the other 11 share 'together' the same amount of screen time. So they give everyone a flash back or two making you think/feel they are special so when they kill one of them you think 'Damn!! thats harsh'! but in all actuaulity they are just making the show run longer.
ive discussed this with some of the people i work with i hope that this show would go no more than 4 years max!! i mean its on the second season but its only been 45 days.... when walt starts to go through pubirty thats gonna be awkward.
This season is gonna be getting walt back/ the button.... maybe lose another person (libby) i'm disapointed with the "monster" you think its gonna be some kind of t-rex thing (cause thats what they lead you to think) then it turns out to be a bunch of chain dragging smoke?
Shows arent about artistic experiences they are all about getting people to sit down and be interested so commercials can flash in front of you.

I mean she can get dressed up and look fine, but right after she shot shanon.. she stuck that bottom lip out so far it was like the fawking flight deck of a carrier. she just looked really un- attractive.

Too many flashbacks, waaaay too many commercials. Not enough Island time.
The first season was great, great idea, exciting and mysterious. I was hooked the moment they killed the polar bear. The monster is more than that smokelike substance that dragged Locke. Remember, it hauled the pilot out the cockpit and killed him t-rex style.
They should have planned to wrap it up in two seasons, about 45 shows. 4+ years will be way too much.
