Dolly Parton, performed great.
I actually thought she was the worse, she's WAAYYY past her prime. Her lyrics just repeated.. over and over and over.... And with all her injecting fat into her lips and plastic surgery

Three 6 mafia/ 3 six mafia/ 3 6 mafia/ three six mafia was the same, the girl singing the course over and over and over "its hard for a pimp". Which i find ironic ( women singing )its hard for him...? Yet its emoitnally OK for the girl he's pimping?

I saw Crash when it first came out on DVD because they ahd so many i figured it had to be decent and there was nothing out except that. I thought it was pretty good, I don't know about best film, but it beats Brokeback Mountain.
Watched a few minutes of it. What I can't stand about the Oscars is when (1) actors feel they need to expound on their political stance and (2) when they pat themselves on the back, especially when they like to tell you how much on the forefront of social issues they are. Leave that to us to decide.
I thought I was going to throw up every time I heard an actor mention that without their movie, or films in general, we wouldn't understand the societal impact their movies have about sensitive issues.
Blow me.
I was happy to hear that John Stewart took the occasional jab at Hollywood excess.
I love the movies. I love going for the theater experience. It's a great medium for storytelling. But, if you're an actor, please leave your altruism and self-importance at the door.
Glad Wallace and Gromit won Best Animated Feature.

With John Stewart hosting the show, it was hard not to implicate political humor into the mix, I found it a great year for Stewart to host it, and a great year to add political humor to the Oscars. I would like to say Keira Knightly looked amazing at the Oscars..gotta love the British girls!
