The strange case of the man who took 40,000 ecstasy pills in nine years

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

I hate to admit it, but I tried acid once, in high school. I was hanging out with a friend, he had tried it a couple of times, gave me a hit of it. It wound me up like a top, I couldn't sleep, I was totally happy and manic. I picked up a book that he was reading for English class and read it at the speed of light, like those kids that take the speed reading course--except I normally wasn't a speed reader. He had told me earlier that he needed to do a book report, so for some reason I decided I would whip him out a kickass one page book report, and believe me this is not like me at all. I wrote out a page in about 15 minutes (after reading the book in like an hour) and on Sunday that bastard actually copied the book report word for word and passed it in. Got an A+ on the damn thing. I can't imagine what that report was like, but I was just on some weird other level from that acid.
I'm not recommending acid, in fact I never did it again, but it has some really weird effects on your mind other than the goofy stuff you see in movies --trying to fly, hallucinations, etc.
I never felt out of it or incoherent during the time, which basically lasted all night.

It will never happen again. Believe me, when you turn 30 you start look back in horror at some the things you did and survived when you were a teen. That's why parents are so uptight with their kids, they just keep remembering the insane crap they did and figure if their kids do it, their odds will probably run out and something bad will happen.

I would like to see that book report though, I am really curious. All I remember was that it was about some guy named Chavez that organized the labor union for migrant workers.

well im not saying go out and do it, but it's a good thing you stuck to LSD instead of X, they don't know the extent of damage it dose to people from it in the long term, mostly because no one has lived long enough yet, most users are kids teens, exc, except cases like this that people OD

i've seen problems X can cause. I've known people who took a shitload of it and they're just not themselves after they do it for long enough. It drains your serotonin every time you take it (that's why people are so damn happy on it). after taking it for a long time your body stops producing the serotonin and the user is never the same again.

oh yeah and i can't stand being around hardcore druggies, you can't trust them, they're weird and they do stupid fucked up shit.
