lol the option is the type of railings lol, but yes we choose the railings that they could stain, going cherry wood throughout home

thanks for the comments guys, I think at 35 its time I spoil my family, we are both at a point in our lives where we can get a large home, and enjoy life a little, and I figured when I'm 55 my daughter will be almost out of college, and then support us
