BF2 issue

BF2 issue

Well i got promoted two days ago from Master Sergeant to First Sargent.. so a couple hours later picked my unlocks went to BFHQ and it said i was still Master Sergeant and my progress bar is full to the end and i have still haven't been promoted.Anyone have any idea.

I looked you up on BF2S.com and this is why you did not rank up

Next Rank: Master Sergeant
You are not yet eligible for the advanced rank of First Sergeant because you are missing the awards: Basic Knife Combat Badge, Basic Pistol Combat Badge.

As well EAs stats tracker is beyond HORRABLE. I was promoted to 1st LT TWICE before it freaking registered. Let alone the thousands of points Im missing.
