Need for a New WWII FPS

I really think there is a need for a new WWII FPS. We haven't had anything great in a very long time. FH2 is never going to happen, or be big enough to be fun. It be nice if EA or Activison did something about this, I think if done right a new Wordl War II shooter could be a real hit.

Same thing as FH2--if they're smart they'll bang out a limited release, one map, one plane type each side, one armor each side, basic uniforms and guns. I don't know, I'll believe it when I see a public release being played on ECGN. Other than that I resign them as the standard neverending detail project.

As Cav said...these mods are taking too long. FH2 is taking forever, and they are trying to get way too detailed with everything they do. They need to release what they have to keep people interested. By the time they release the first version we'll be on BF 3050, saved the world three times, and survived a nuclear winter on BF 2820.
