It seems dumb to me that they don't have that over there. Where's the excitement for the bottom teams supporters. Seems like after the first few games of the season when the positions are already pretty well decided things would get very dull for anyone outside the top 5.

someone floated the idea of the worst 8 teams play a tourney at the end of the season..... winner gets the #1 pick... I like that!!
