I'm sorry but I would'nt trust any service from Best Buy or Ciruit City. I had a friend who's wireless card in his laptop wasn't working right. He took it over there and had them take a look at it. Few weeks later he got it back and now the thing didn't want to start up. So he brought it back again and they said that the MB was bad and that he would have to ship it back to the company to fix it. Well then he went over there and had the guy hook it up and see it it turned on. The guy only tried it once and said it was bad. Didn't even try any other options. So a few words later and a couple days go by and he went over there and did the same thing except it was a different person behind the desk. Well when he went to start it up it worked. So bascially they told my friend that he would have to fork out loads of money to have his laptop fixed and ship it back to the company to replace the MB. And to add to the service I think he said he waited for almost 30 min just to have someone to come out of their back room. So I wouldn't reccomend anyone to their service.
