The best place to Customize a Laptop

Im looking for a laptop to costomize to the max!! Im aware of alienware.com, thats about it im looking for a high performance Gaming laptop!!! please post urls and suggestions.

I personally would advise against a "gaming" laptop, just because performance will cost you an arm and a leg x2. One of my friends paid 3000 for his laptop and it uses 16mb of shared video ram (shared as in off the regular ram chips) So performance lacks there.

well im going to wait to alien ware implments the ATI radeon fire gl it has 128mb of ram video ram and 8x agp, so i will also wait for an 8xagp compliant motherboard to come out also, yeah the one im looking at will be around 3500, but hey then i can take it to work with me also.

I have an 8100 and thinking of getting a new 8500...the p3 1.2 is starting to get dog slow.

casus i personly would go with alienware if you want performance laptop they have 3.06 p4, that the only place i know that offers that.
