I dont recommend overclocking right after you have just built your first system. Things can go wrong and you may freak out if you dont know what you are doing.


as far as cooling for overclocking goes...

prometia is the best cooling. They get even cooler than vapochill. We are talking about -45 temperatures. Then there is always peltier cooling that will let you get idle temps of under 10 and full load temps under 15 degrees celsius.
