Congratulations!!! Looks very nice!! at least you got landscaping...you saw the lovely weeds i got...I have to try to pull them out this weekend. I don't have the extra cash right now to have someone do the landscaping so I will have to do it myself... ah well. funny thing about the APR when we went to sign mine had actually gone down almost half a point:eek: we really lucked out on the timing of the purchase. and now rates are going back up:freak:
