Disk benchmark tools?

You guys have any suggestions to test the performance of IDE, SATA, and SCSI subsystems?

I like ATTO better, much more versatile. the atto has scsi in the file name, but to my knowledge will work fine on non-scsi as well.

For reference, here's my 160GB Raid_0 SATA array (2x80gb Maxtor 7200rpm SE's [8mb cache], 128k/129k stripe/cluster size, if I recall right).
