Is there any information showing how many of the Xbox360 HD-DVD drives have been sold compared to the PS3?
I know of nobody that got the HD-DVD drive.

All I know, is at CES. One company has produced a HD DVD, an a Blue-Ray all in one player. So that will defanently bolster the market I think...

It's a lock, HD-DVD will slaughter Blu-Ray.
1st to market by about a year
Half the price to start off with $999 vs $499....see who gets to $299 first!

The Sony Effect--any new format backed heavily by Sony is pretty much doomed, with very few exceptions:
-Betamax
-UMD discs
-Memory Sticks
-Atrac compression--lost to MP3 format along with Sony's stupid Minidisc format.
If Sony backs a format, run far away from it.
